Mrs. Judyth Badaki is a director in Azures Carib. She is a US citizen. Mrs. Badaki handles administrative and process accountabilities. Mrs. Badaki has a master’s degree in Communications. She previously owned and managed a fashion and clothes design operation in Nigeria. Mrs. Badaki has lived in various countries such as Nigeria, Mauritius, Tunisia, Cote d’Ivoire, Mozambique, and the United States. This exposure will serve her well in dealing with partners from all parts of the world.

Mr. Joseph Badaki is Chief Executive Officer of Azures Carib. He is a citizen of the United States. Mr. Badaki has a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). He has undertaken executive programs from reputable organizations such as the London School of Economics and Harvard Business School. Mr. Badaki has over forty years of executive experience in private organizations such as Leyland International (UK), and in international development organizations such as the World Bank, and the African Development Bank.

Mr. Makun is the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer. A US citizen, who obtained his master’s in business administration with a focus on international business and extensive project management experience in the US. Mr. Makun manages all marketing and sales activities for Azures Carib across the Caribbean, the US and Canada.

Mr. Batson is our chief operating officer. He is a Barbadian citizen. He is a food technologist by profession with over 20 years of extensive management experience in the private sector in Barbados. Before joining Azures Carib, Mr. Batson was the Food Production Manager for the Barbados Agricultural Development Corporation (BADMC) where he gained extensive and in-depth experience in developing producing flour mixes.
